First Debate Question:

The cities of Berlin and Eclipse are quite intelligent with their use for energy. Berlin uses Water and Fossil Fuel as their energy, and Eclipse uses Solar and Fossil Fuel as their energy. Looking at the map and assuming the land Eclipse is on is flat, and that Berlin is right by the sea, which city would profit more by using Wind energy instead of Fossil Fuel?

Eclipse would benefit more from using Wind Energy then Berlin. While Berlin is positioned next to the sea and in turn will generate more wind power due to sea/land breezes along with the changing of the tides and its position near the equator(according to the map you provided); Berlin would benefit more from Fossil Fuels because of its position near the sea and the wide possibility of offshore drilling. Eclipse on the other hand will not gain these added offshore drilling benefits, and flat land is still a prime area to place Wind Farms which will generate more energy for Eclipse then any sort of Fossil Fuels would. Also safer for the environment too
