Downoaded the Warzone REQ Bundle on wrong profile

So I am going into the store and I went download my Warzone REQ Bundle but it then signs in my brother and it downloads it on to his profile. I went to Xbox support and they sent me here please help I want my REQ packs, my ticket number is 1310383644.

I've seen reports of this before and I'm sorry to say that you're out of luck, no one who has reported this has gotten a refund or anything.

Well, sorry but this was your own fault, nobody else's. You could try taking your issue to Halo Waypoint (343's official site) and attempt to get a refund but like P34nut said, nobody's ever got a refund for this before, because the case could be that they're just trying to get a free code from 343 to give to a friend. I'm not saying this is the case, however there's no proof that it isn't either. So the only advice I can give you is make sure you're signed into the correct profile next time. If this was a genuine mistake, then sorry but I think you're out of luck.
