Halo 5 multiplayer Errors Help Please

Hi, halo 5 came out in England today and I have been trying to play on multiplayer mode however when I attempt to join any server it reads a message saying' unable to connect to the halo 5 Guardians lobby service' my internet is fine as I can connect to servers on destiny. Can somebody please guide me through how to solve this problem. thanks

I've had 0 errors. I guess you already tried hard resetting your Xbox (holding the power button a few seconds)?

If all else fails you could try to reinstall, but that'll take a while...

Hello 343, I played a several matches of  halo5 and hit with some super bad lag i left the match. And now i get a thing saying  *could not find a server that was suited for all members of your fireteam. Is the matchmaking offline or what Im confused if it isnt.

Hey I fixed it!!! If you have Sky, you need to disable the broadband shield. You just need access to the Halo Waypoint website to use the servers.

 

Just need to ask some questions though:

Do you use sky?

Do you live with your parents? (Because they may have set the shield up. I know my Mum did)

Can you access the Halo Waypoint website?

And can you access the Halo Channel app?

 

This all happened to me and I fixed it just by disabling the shield and entering the the halo waypoint URL into the exceptions. I hope that I have helped you enjoy the game more.

Adding halo waypoint.com to the sky broadband shield fixed it for me too! Thank you Jackal!
