REQ Pack problem

Check your email and make sure that you got the Xbox receipt, and check the balance on your bank account/xbl account to make sure the purchase actually went through. Same thing happened to me yesterday. Tried to buy something and didn't get it, turns out the purchase didn't complete without throwing me an error code.

 

If the purchase did go through, hang on to the email you got. Try these steps.

 

1. COMPLETELY shut off your Xbox One by doing this.

>Go to the Home Screen

>Press Menu Button OR say "Xbox go to settings" if you have a Kinect

>Select Settings

>Select Power & Startup
>Turn on Energy Saving Mode

>Turn off your Xbox

2. Turn your Xbox back on

3. Check to see if you have the REQ Pack.

 

If you do NOT have the REQ Pack at this point and you've got purchase confirmation contact Xbox Live Support using the link below. Let them know how you purchased the pack, that you have the purchase confirmation, and that you did not receive the item you purchased. If they can't help you ask to speak to a supervisor or a more experienced support rep.
