Halo 5 campaign offline?

I just want to ask but can you even play this game off line at all. Ivr been waiting since the day of luanch, had nightmare xbox issues and now when i finally get a new console and i download halo i get a big smack in the face cause hey i cant do aynthing but go to the options mess around in there and do nothing else. Can some one tell me why thats even possible? I just paid $60 bucks for this gane and i cant evem play it offline? Wtf did you do to halo 343?

You can play the game offline, but only in Campaign. You just need to install the game, and you're set.

 

However, Multiplayer, Theater, Customization, and Requisitions are locked, and I'm not sure if some of them or ALL of them become available once you download the 9GB update when connected to Xbox Live. I know because I have yet to get the update myself, and have beaten the Campaign entirely offline.

I did download the game. Took up 60 gigs . Idk why I can't play then. I can't literally go to any menu bit once o try to hit start it wont go but you can hear the sound when you click start
