Jeremy Berkley Posted November 23, 2015 Report Share Posted November 23, 2015 Tried Halowaypoint they said here where the developers would see it, is the best spot, I too ordered the limited edition Halo 5, used warzone premium key to purchase pack from store, downloaded it and installed it. Didn't receive a pack in two weeks, contacted support, they verified I had it installed, removed profile and resynced still didn't show, in the meantime my 6 year son's account gets the packs each week. So I removed that profile, uninstalled Halo and all req packs, reinstalled, waited a whole week still didn't receive anything, contacted microsoft support which told me to contact developers, HA that is funny!
