If this weren't the case it wouldn't be fun for anyone. If you have played 6 placement matches and get pitched with and against Gold players it's pretty safe to assume that your final rank will be Gold. The ranking system is actually pretty advanced if you look into it. If you want to avoid this stuff I suggest you find a party of friends to play with. HOWEVER, keep in mind that if you jump into a playlist without a rank with friends that are better at the game than you, you'll be put into a tier beyond your level and won't be able to rank down. It's well above my level and the playlist is basically unplayable now. Without being able to de-rank that's part of the game I can't play now thanks to a faulty ranking algorithm. It's way above my level, I'm about 0.2 - 0.5 every match. It's utterlly unfun because I'm playing against people who basically do nothing but play FPS games on control pads. I hate using control pads to play fps games (they're completely inadequate for this sort of game) so I lose 80-90% of encounters. No chance of competing, can't de-rank. Will have to wait for the reset and sabotage my qualifying games so this doesn't happen again. millz Posted November 30, 2015 Report Share Posted November 30, 2015 Im platinum and i worked to get there from gold now i get unranked players from time to time that will bring my team down and i lose ........or the game kicks me out when im doing really really well its fishy as heck i went all the way up to platinum 6 only to get kicked out of 5 games now im platinum 3 im trying to get to diamond. .....but im getting matched with way lower players on my team Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
