help got an xbox one for chrismas and codes were used

hello i got a xbox one halo 5 bundle and the box looked new and when i opened it the codes for the games were all used i have call 1-800-4my-box on "hold for hour and said they could not give me the bundle code or anything just the game " and gamestop in store the manger was mean and was just "not going to help me at all " then i tried to call about it and they didn't do any for me after 3 hours of being on hold and i tried the next day and i got 1 after an hour and now i got redirected to call 343 and they go though 1-800-4my-xbox. please help i am so tried of this and will probably stop buy any content form game stop ever again.
