So I Got Perma Banned from Waypoint

So I got banned until 2552 yesterday. The reason? posting criticism about Warzone and the game-wide connection problems that have come with the Christmas n00bs. Of course, I get a message saying I got perma banned by of course, Snickerdoodle.

 

I thought this must have been a mistake. So I did some research and apparently this mod is pretty busy banning people. With my research I've been noticing a pattern, they all claim they had post gripes and criticisms about H5. 

 

So apparently we have a fangirl mod who is abusing her power and banning people who won't bow down to the one and only true god 343. This needs to be stopped, but I don't know how to get around the ban and get her mod powers revoked. I assume this is a little more chill forum, so I'm free to post gripes. Here's some screen grabs. Feel free to post your snickerdoodle stories as well. Sure some of ya'll have 'em.

Yeah I don't see a problem with this. HaloWaypoint is like the dodgy side of the internet, you don't want to go there

 

Seriously though, it's quite common for the mods on Waypoint to ban anyone criticizing about their favourite franchise since they see it as perfect

Yea I know what you mean. They keep inboxing me or commenting me too when I actually report a problem and ask for help.

Even though you did kinda throw a fit there, a warning should've done just fine... I don't get why almost every ban on Waypoint is a permanent one immediatly.

Snickerdoodle permenatly banned me as well. Perma Bans are a problem. Halo Waypoint is the ONLY practical method of contacting 343i of you have a problem with one of their games. If you're banned, how do you raise the issue to them? I filed a BBB complaint (that they ignored) and an attorney general complaint that is still ongoing.

 

Setting that aside. I have tried to appeal my perma ban via the method outlined in WP, but it's been over a month and I haven't received a response.

 

Also- The unchecked authority of each Monitor to issue a ban and their "reasons" for issuing said ban is suspect at best. There is no good reason or defense that could be given for my permaban, it's strictly personal, a witch hunt (I bumped one thread).

 

343i needs to act because this WILL have a negative impact on the future of Halo

Going back I know the post was childish, but I typed all of that from pure rage from all the Warzone BS.

 

I try to become a decent member of waypoint through alternate accounts, but they have away of sniffing me out somehow. (probably my IP)

 

I'm currently on my 8th account, wish me luck, and thanks for the feedback.
