A.T.W. Recruiting [H5 military based clan]

Hello everyone, my name is JIGGLE K1NG and me and one of my buddies are getting a military based clan started on Halo 5. The name of our clan is Arc Troopers of War(A.T.W.). We are opening up our clan to recruitment, but it will be selective. We are looking for people who want to be and can be leaders. If you are not necessarily too experienced as a leader in a military based clan but you still want to be a leader, that is fine. Me and my friend have plenty experience as leaders in past clans and we'd be willing to help you out.

 

Before I go on about the clan, I'm going to tell you a little bit about myself first. I rolled with the Ark War Veterans for about 2 years almost while it was around. I was a higher up for most of my time in that clan and once 2nd in Command of it. I have lead many raids against other clans whether it was just for practice, an unfriendly challenge, or for war. I also am responsible for the creation of the A.W.V.'s once successful alliance system and it's Fire team system. I was that one leader who was always looking to create new things for the betterment of my clan and I would literally type up documents and files just to provide a firm foundation for all the projects and ideas I had for the clan. I was very reliable in getting what needed to get done in the clan actually done as well. In the A.W.V. I served as the Head of Foreign Affairs and successfully negotiated a rather good handful of alliances with a few other clans. If you want to know anything more about me (clan wise) then feel free to ask.

Now, back to the clan stuff. We do have a few rules that you would need to abide by if you are looking to join the A.T.W.

 

RULES:

• No T-bagging any clan member. Doesn't matter if it's matchmaking or custom game.
• No assassinating your higher ups. You can assassinate people your rank and lower.
• No standing on the heads of higher ups... I know, it sounds silly, but we've managed to run into problems with that in the past so please just avoid standing on any members head actually. It's really annoying at some points.
• Follow all orders/ directives given to you by a higher up. If you have a problem with the order, you still must follow it, but you should feel free and obliged to report to someone of even higher authority on why you disagree with the order given at a later time to avoid conflict.

Being that we are recruiting leaders, those of you who want to join I will eventually expect you to set the example for other members when we get the clan going.

We also have requirements to join and there all fairly easy to meet.

 

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN:

• Must be at least 14 to join the clan.
• Must have a working mic (preferably not Kinect)
• Must be able to speak and understand English

There is no discrimination in gender, race, beliefs, region, connection, or skill no matter how bad; All players are welcomed to join. The only exception is excessive abusive language. We get that majority of everyone living swears, but just don't over do it please.

As I said before we are looking to recruit leaders. We do not necessarily care too much if your crazy good at the game. We are looking for decent people who are more interested in getting something that could turn out awesome started. We are looking for the people who are willing to do the work and help out because starting up a brand new clan with people you don't know to well is a challenge.

Hey use to be in charge of a lot of spec ops on reach. Worked with people one on one to  see their personal pros and cons. I'm not a high rank in Halo 5.
