Halo 6 Split-Screen Petition

Hey guys! Frank O'Connor mentioned in an interview last year that we were better-off petitioning to bring split-screen multiplayer back for Halo 6. Well here it is, Frankie! Please sign and share this petition. Let's show 343 that split-screen is still important to us!

Jumping the gun are we not?  Frank's comments were that basedof sarcasm.  Fact: Due to the new development architectures and lack of software even potentially harnessing 20% of current gen hardware is what led to the inability of maintaining high fps with split-screen.

 

We should be waiting to hear an ACTUAL release of documented information about Halo 6 before wasting time on frivilous conjucture and possible what-ifs.  Just my take...

I'd still like offline split-screen for campaign and multiplayer.

By the time Halo 6 is out, Project Scorpio should have arrived.. And if that's the case, split-screen 60FPS shouldn't be a problem. (Even if it's just 2-player)

That's if Halo 6 isn't too powerful for it to handle split-screen. Then we'd be back where we started.

Again, it's a software issue not a hardware one.
