What do you think would be John 117's favorite weapon?

He's always fooling around with an Assault Rifle, so I'll say that.

I don't know if he has a favorite weapon because he's never been made out to enjoy killing but doing it as an obviously necessary deed in winning the war against the Covenant and Prometheans.

 

If I had to say though I'd name the AR like SD said. Halo 5 kind of backs this up as it's his loadout weapon while everyone else has some other precision weapon or special weapon.

I'm going to say someting incredibly orignal the baseline Assault Rifle and Mangum. Its been his base loadout weapon in almost every single Halo game since the CE except Halo 2 in which he had the SMG which in that game was basically the closest thing to an Assault Rifle.

It's definitely the Assault Rifle. He's never seen without it except for Halo 2 and also cutscenes where he doesn't have any.
