Snipeside
Welcome back. No but seriously. The Halo skill seems to be coming back. Strafing is now effective. I actually miss shots. I find myself getting frustrated. This is all what Halo used to be. I realized; Ohai, you noticed? I missed a shot for once! It's awesome and it feels good. I have a feeling that our K/D will drop; but is it worth it? Hell yes.
343industries
Strafing existed before as well man.
Snipeside
Strafing existed before as well man. Duh. But in Reach? I never missed a shot. If I did, I would be way too frustrated. It almost never happened in Reach. The other Halo games? For sure.
Tommy
Not sure if this should be posted in the CEA section. Are you referring to CEA Multiplayer?
Snipeside
Not sure if this should be posted in the CEA section. Are you referring to CEA Multiplayer? Yes. Reach has no skill gap.
SamF1sh
but CEA uses the reach multiplayer so their should be no difference.
Herodanny
Agreed, the CEA multiplayer is no different. I can't believe the CEA has bloom, nothing pisses me off more than bloom.
Snipeside
but CEA uses the reach multiplayer so their should be no difference. Yes, but the walk speed is upped much more making it harder to aim on the target. Not impossible of course; just slightly harder. I think I remember saying that it's just a start of what we should have.
DBeY
I'm annoyed at bloom on anny as well, it was supposed to be bloom free!
Snipeside
I'm annoyed at bloom on anny as well, it was supposed to be bloom free! The first three shots are not bloom. That's "spread" and it's been in every Halo title released. After the three shots (if you miss a couple,) then YES. Everything after the fourth shot is considered bloom, not spread. GlobalHawk722
i seriously don't know why everyone hates on bloom! it makes the game realistic. if you are firing at a target 100 yards away and your gun never moves, something is wrong! Seriously, all boom does is separate the trigger spamming noobs from the guys that know how to play FPS games.

Btw man, bloom refers to reticle bloom (reticle gets larger with each consecutive shot), not decreasing accuracy as you fire.
