Omegowned (random rock formations to which you must "use" to open, if found in a building created by the forerunners then have an indent. If in the open world have an explosion at the map boundry to which leads to a cave). Omegowned is going to be little secret areas that you get an achievement for if you find all of them

what it is is its a scatter of cover and some sort of red form with (2 plasma rifles? discussable)

has a jetpack and is trying to kill you if you kill him he respawns instantly but gives you some time to run to the other side of the cavern which there is some sort of teleporter (purple so people dont know what to do with it). If you go through the teleporter yo get teleported to some sort of room. Omega is the "red form" he is like an elite on legendary just a different look it will take 2 magazines of the MA5C or whatever gun is in halo 4 to kill him

etched into them "Omegowned" hmmm i wonder what that means (small description of what it would kind of be like)

2nd point YOU NEEED TO PUT THE FORRERUNNERS IN have it so that ship thing is a forerunner ship

the ship thing in the halo 4 trailer if its already something else just make a ship thing be the forerunners and make the campaign

3rd 4 players without xboxlive and make the characters the chief arbiter forerunner and some random elite

The topic is a bit confusing so I will offer my opinion on what i "think" you are trying to say.....

 

Secret areas in Halo 4

 

Omega-owned : a secret area comprised of scattered cover in which you defeat a mini-boss to unlock the next level area

• found in campaign levels
  
• one area per campaign level
  
• requires switch activation to unlock and enter (ordered switch activation)
  
• must complete by defeating mini-boss to unlock area in next level
  
• achievement unlocked by completing all areas
  
• 4-player co-op over XBL
  

Omega-owned structure properties

• landscape - rock formations as switches
  
• building - building indentions as switches
  

Mini-boss "Omega"

• red-colored elite (or forerunner)
  
• enabled jet-pack
  
• 2X overshield
  
• dual plasma rifles
  
• instant respawn
  

I think it would be best suited as an "easter egg" much like the hidden banshees in Reach!!
