Why limit yourself to a real-life Nintendo Switch when you can have a second one in Animal Crossing: New Horizons? The game's latest update makes that possible, and it has an extra bonus for anyone with its special edition console.

Once you update Animal Crossing: New Horizons to version 1.1, you'll receive a Nintendo Switch console in the game as a piece of furniture. It will be placed in your mail, so make sure to check there if you don't have it yet.

For the majority of players, it will be the standard console with its blue and red Joy-Con controllers. However, if you have the Animal Crossing: New Horizons special edition Joy-Con controller attached when you play, you'll receive that console as well.
