Halo 5 multiplayer cheats gone mad

I play Halo competitively, I really do feel I’m one of the best in the world but how can we ever know.  I use a regular controller from x box and still defeat players using ridiculous cheating modifications.  I’m excited for the new Halo Infinite but really would like this whole cheating thing to come to an end.  It’s childish and very surprising in a bad way that a classic game like Halo has been so badly hacked by players who can barley shoot a wall.

So what hope is there for us average players? Especially with(out) servers dedicated to online. The current setup is a joke.
