343iBot Posted August 21, 2020 Report Share Posted August 21, 2020 After being delayed following negative feedback on its first gameplay showing, Crysis Remastered is now launching on PS4, Xbox One, and the Epic Games Store on September 18. It will retail for $30. Criticism was levelled at the project when it was shown off earlier this year, prompting Saber Interactive to revisit most versions (the Nintendo Switch port still launched on time) to further enhance the 2007 shooter. The result is a host of additional graphical features, including reworked lighting, 8K texture assets, and improvements to the CryEngine software-based ray tracing that will allow the feature to work on the Xbox One and PS4.
