343iBot Posted September 29, 2020 Report Share Posted September 29, 2020 Microsoft recently announced that its Xbox Game Pass service will be adding EA Play this holiday, giving a notable boost to the value of the subscription service. Now it has put an exact date on the addition, confirming it will come to the console version of Xbox Game Pass right alongside the new Xbox Series X and Series S on November 10. In the new announcement, Microsoft also noted that in December, you'll be able to use the EA Play subscription on Windows PCs, with your Game Pass PC or Game Pass Ultimate subscription. You'll also be able to play many of them on Android devices via Xbox's xCloud streaming service. This is the basic tier of EA Play, which gives you access to a wide variety of EA's back-catalog, but not some of the company's newer releases. For example, the current EA Play for PC lineup includes NFS Heat but not Command & Conquer Remastered or Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. That lineup is subject to change before the November launch.
