343iBot
Disco Elysium, one of last year's best games, is headed to consoles in 2021. During The Game Awards, developer ZA/UM announced Disco Elysium: The Final Cut, which was positioned as a definitive version of the RPG, with new content, voice acting, and more. This will be available on both PC and consoles, although the specific release will vary by platform. The Final Cut will initially release in March 2021 for PS5, PS4, Stadia, and PC (through a variety of storefronts, including Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store). It will then arrive for Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch sometime in Summer 2021. More specific release dates were not shared, but existing Disco Elysium owners will get a free upgrade to The Final Cut. A digital version will cost $40 otherwise. This version of the game will bring new content and improvements to what was already available. In terms of new content, there will be a new area, quests, and characters. Full voice acting is being added, along with controller support, as is to be expected with console versions on the way. The PS5 version will offer 4K and 60fps support; it's unclear which other platforms will also hit those marks.
