B1ue D3vi1
Ok I have picked up that a lot of people really hate the reticle bloom on Halo : Reach. I personally kinda like it. What do you guys think?
highplainsdrifter
Welcome to the forums Just to clarify, do you mean act of the reticle on your HUD changing size, or error angle acceleration- the process of your weapon becoming less accurate? Also, are you referring to this happening with Vanilla or TU settings, or just the general differences between Reach and previous titles? Falcata
I actually prefer the Zero Bloom, Halo has never been a game "realistic", for example, does not move the crosshairs with the breath. When I bought Halo Reach did not understand, why have it? Pffffffff, I remember thinking, "have destroyed the game." Then I got used ...... But what most bothers people. Is switching between 100% Bloom, TU Slayer, Zero Bloom. ¬ ¬ Why complicate things so much? Halo has never Bloom, is not it a futuristic game? Can not they armors, having a "servo" to calculate and compensate for the recoil of the guns? Sounds logical to me, is the year 2552 ¿or not? 0% Bloom is nice. Twinreaper
Bloom has been in every Halo title. Search the forums, you can find my detailed post about it and I also included the exact tag settings.
B1ue D3vi1
I've never really played much TU Slayer, and I didn't realize it did't have bloom. I'll have to take a look at that. 343 really seems to know what the fans want.

The only playlist/gametype that doesn't is the zero bloom playlist in the Competitive section.
Mr Biggles
TU Slayer does have bloom. The only playlist/gametype that doesn't is the zero bloom playlist in the Competitive section. Community section too? (MLG)
CandiBunni
Community section too? (MLG) As well as that. What I was originally going to say is that only ZB TU Slayer featured no bloom, and that's what they use in MLG to my knowledge. But yes, only ZB TU Slayer and MLG use no bloom. Everything else, including playlists with the regular TU, use the 85% bloom setting.
