Spectral Jester
SEGA has today made it official, announcing the game's impending launch for current-gen consoles this summer. The 2000 Dreamcast classic, famed for it's (at the time) groundbreaking cel-shaded art style and frantic skating and wall-tagging gameplay. DJ Professor K, Beat, Gum and all of the GGs will be hitting the streets of future Tokyo once more, as you race around tagging the streets to mark your turf. Jet Set Radio for XBLA will have the same genre-blending soundtrack and striking art-style intact, albeit with an HD makeover, while SEGA is holding a contest that will enable fans to create eighteen pieces of digital graffiti art that'll be seen in the game. You can enter the competition at www.sega.com/jsrcontest, where you'll also find full details on how to enter, as well as terms, rules and so on. Winners will receive a prize pack which includes a solar-powered Rukus bluetooth headset. Exact dates and pricing for Jet Set Radio has yet to be confirmed, with only a summer 2012 release window currently announced.
