DerpWithAGun
Tell me what you think guys. This is just an opinion and sort of a joke lol. http://i.imgur.com/DGMKK.png http://thegamefanati...ief-602x451.jpg http://propaholics.w...NO-ARMOR-C2.jpg http://h8.abload.de/img/crysis2-2o3uj.jpg - looks a bit like the halo 4 multiplayer armor. Halo 4 armor is more built up and tank sorta. http://www.pcgameshardware.com/screenshots/418x627/2009/08/NanoSuit2desktop_0003_1920x1200.jpg Note I'm only looking at the underlay of the armor not all the metal parts just that ropey weird stuff and those dots. Take note of the gloves. Take note of the the underlay of MC's armor. WTF are those ROPES in his shoulders. Like seriously... DAFUQ?! Take note of the waist. WTF are those DOTS. The helmet for the halo 4 multiplayer armor and the Crysis 2 helmet. They look similar I reckon. Opinions please! I hope 343 changes this.... Absolute Dog
Derp, I will be the first to say..........WHAT?????!!!!!!
DaveAtStateFarm
Hmm, Maybe it's just a coincidense. Although, MC's suit does look wierd with the dots, I kinda liked the Halo 3 armor plan.(under suit)
gone
What are you talking about? You can basically do the same with any science fiction game/movie, compare them together and draw similarities. In this case they don't even look similar at all.
DerpWithAGun
It's just an opinion, calm down lol. I thought the armor looks very similar to each other and some people agree with me. Soooo.... I made a thread about it lol.
Absolute Dog
It is obvious the Chief wears a pressure suit under his armor to survive in his open space encounters. Probably a really nice set of thermal underwear by Hanes! I can see the new commercial now, "Hanes for men, if they are good enough for the Chief, they are good enough for you!".

Lᴜᴋᴇ
Like, what? I don't know where to start! You can compare any science fiction genre games and there will obviously be similarities.
CandiBunni
They honestly look nothing alike in my opinion. If you'll remember, the Spartans in Halo Wars had those "dots" on their undersuit as well.
Baby Boo
I don't think they have even released chief's real armor yet, as far as I have heard. I could be wrong though. Who knows? 343 could change it.
M4sT3r Ch13f S117
They are sort of similar but in my opinion I don't think they will be sued.
Skittlze
I don't see any similarities

Anonymousnorris
He's referring to the hexagonal pattern that happens to be found on the Nanosuit and on the underarmor of the Spartans. That pattern doesn't just belong to the Nanosuit, it's been used to cover up covenant walls alike, and is used all across the industry as it's highly popular. Otherwise, the suits look nothing alike, the Crysis Nanosuits have helmets and armor that is supposed to look like a nanosuit version of today's military apparel. Yoichi Hayabusa
I seriously don't see to many resemblems, and even at that they are two very different games so there shouldn't be any possibilities of getting sued.
Vitamin Pwn
Honestly i dont see a resemblance, the look like two different armors to me,
spartan 326
copyright laws state that as long as MC and multiplayer characters are changed by 10%, crytek cant do nothing
Twinreaper
Here is something that will really blow your minds. For those of you in a younger generation, you may not have ever seen a little film called "Aliens". This was the sequel to "Alien". Go ahead and have a look at "Aliens", there is a ton of crap that Bungie obviously got inspiration from. The main ship resembles the Pillar of Autumn, the pelicans look like the space to atmosphere drop ships, and there is even a black commander who yells funny **** at the space marines and smokes a cigar. I wouldnt be suprised at all to find a few marines in the seriesnamed after Hicks and Vasquez.....lmao
upton889
I don't think master chief's armor looks anything like the nanosuit. Just sayin.
Twinreaper
Thats not what he is saying. What he IS trying to say, is that graphically 343i looks to be immitating the graphical procedures that has lead Cryengine 3 and their platform to such critical success and innovation. While the models and style are unique, you can definatly see an inspiration that was drawn from their fantastic art team.
Drakell
OMG, it's a pressurized suit with a helmet. COPYRIGHT!
DerpWithAGun
lol everyone just needs to calm down. The part where I said "343i might get sued." That was a joke, don't take it seriously at all. Im just trying to say, the underlay of the both the armor looks the same and I hate the pattern on the MC's armor. It should just be a smooth surface like it was in all the other Halo games.
