Halo 4 Ranking

I know a lot of people have posted about Halo 4 rankings, but I have an idea that I find would work really well. I say keep the ranking like Halo 3. True skill 1-50. Or even 1-100. Depending on how long they really want to make it. The thing to fix about it though is all the Derankers. Me and my buddy absolutely hated Derankers, as I am sure all of you do as well. Whenever a team wins of course they get a chance to rank up, but when a team loses I think the top two players of the losing team shouldn't lose their rank, but shouldn't gain rank either. The only way for someone on the losing team to gain a ranking is if they have the highest score out of everybody. For instance, the guy with the most kills on the winning team has 15 kills, but the guy on the losing team has a total of 23 kills or higher, (I have seen this happen a lot) he can gain ranking simply for being the best in that game. I think this would solve the problems of the Derankers. If they wanted to lose ranking they would be the bottom two, or one and the top two on the losing team wouldn't have to worry about losing their ranking.

 

What is your guys opinion on this idea?

Interesting idea, but the issue here would be that it would be way too easy to reach max level, especially with the rank system of Halo 3. Even if they would choose a similar rank style as Halo 2 (which they should), your suggestion would make that system too easy as well.
