Protocol

 

. Protocol One: Squad Transfers

1. Requires the approval of the following individuals: the Generals* and Co-Founders of both the transferee’s current squad and the transferee’s desired squad.

2. Requires the transferee to recruit at least 2 quality members to replace him in the squad.

3. If the transferee is currently performing at a rank that is necessary for the continuity of KSI United clan operations (ex. General), the transferee MUST have another member that is available and trained up to the ability of the transferee’s rank. A promotion is NOT required (ex. Major is made Acting General of the squad that a General is trasferring FROM).

II. Protocol Two: Division Transfers

1. Requires the approval of the following individuals: the Generals of both the transferee’s current squad and the transferee’s desired squad, and; the Division Leaders** and Directors of both the transferee’s current division and the transferee’s desired division (6 approvals total).

2. Requires the transferee to recruit at least 3 quality members to replace him in the squad.

3. If the transferee is currently performing at a rank that is necessary for the continuity of KSI United clan operations (ex. Founder), the transferee MUST have another member that is available and trained up to the ability of the transferee’s rank. A promotion is NOT required.

III. Protocol Three: Free Agent Status

1. In order to obtain Free Agent status in KSI United, the member must receive the approval of a member with the rank of Senior Director or higher.

2. The member must also send a friend request to the Xbox LIVE Gamer Tag “KSI Free Agent” once he or she has been approved for Free Agent status.

3. If the member desiring Free Agent status is currently performing at a rank that is necessary for the continuity of KSI United clan operations (ex. General), that member MUST have another member that is available and trained up to the ability of that member’s rank. A promotion is NOT required (ex. Major is made Acting General of the squad that a General is transferring FROM).

IV. Protocol Four: Approval of Underage Person’s Membership

1. If a member believes a person that is 12 to 14 years of age is MATURE enough to become a member of KSI United, that member MUST receive the approval of a member with the rank of Senior Director or higher in order to recruit the underage member.

V. Protocol Five: Removal*** of Member from a KSI United Squad and/or Division – Do Not Hire Status****

1. If a General believes that to the best of his or her knowledge and experience that a member requires removal from his or her squad because he or she has either violated the KSI United CODE to such an extent or is a hindrance to KSI United clan operations to such an extent, that General has the ability to REMOVE a member from his or her squad WITH the approval of his or her Co-Founder.

2. If a Division Leader believes that to the best of his or her knowledge and experience that a member requires removal from his or her division because he or she has either violated the KSI United CODE to such an extent or is a hindrance to KSI United clan operations to such an extent, that Division Leader has the ability to REMOVE a member from his squad WITH the approval of his or her Director.

3. If a Senior Director or another KSI United Senior Leader of higher rank believes that to the best of his or her knowledge that a member requires DNH status because either he or she has either violated the KSI United CODE to such an extent requiring DNH status or is a hindrance to KSI United clan operations to such an extent requiring DNH status, that Senior Leader has the ability to grant DNH status of a member from KSI United.

* When the rank of General is mentioned anytime throughout this document, it can also mean the current highest ranked member of the squad.

** When the rank of Division Leader is mentioned anytime throughout this document, it can also mean the current highest ranked member of the division.

*** Removal of a member from a squad or division is NOT to be used synonymously with the Do-Not-Hire (DNH) status. Squad/Division Removal is defined as: the BAN of a current KSI United member from joining or rejoining a specific squad or division.

**** Do-Not-Hire (DNH) is status is defined as: the BAN of a current, former, or non-KSI United member from joining or rejoining KSI United.

 

 

 

 

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

1. All KSI United members are expected to read and follow the KSI United Code of Conduct and the Xbox Live Disclaimer.

2. The minimum age requirement to join KSI United is 15 years of age. Members under 17 years are subject to a “One Strike-Policy.”*

3. KSI United does not condone intolerance of any kind. This includes discrimination based on race, gender, age, religious affiliation, or any other personal interest, investment or inclination. This will be strictly enforced.

4. All KSI United members are entitled to the “Open Door Policy” with any leaders of KSI United. However, members are expected to follow the “chain of command” and report to leadership directly above their rank. If the member is concerned with a leader directly above their rank, they may ask a higher leader to remediate their issue.

5. KSI United Leaders are expected to exude proper conduct, leadership skills, and a high level of professionalism. Accepting a leadership position is a CHOICE, therefore if you cannot handle the responsibility, please don’t accept the position.

6. “KSI” tag-holders must represent KSI United in a positive and respectful manner regardless of whether they are playing games, using the Xbox Party Chat/Personal Chat system, or in any other online/offline environment.

7. KSI United Members are not permitted to participate in the “Ranking Structure” of any other gaming community at any time.

8. All KSI United “Squad Tag” holders must follow the rules and expectations of Xbox Live. Such members also must thoroughly read and submit the “Squad Tag” form prior to receiving a squad tag.

I remember meeting a lot of you KSI guys in 2008, I still have some on my friends list, but one thing I don't like about them is, they exploit Halo reach glitches, I've seen many of them do it, it gets really annoying

I remember KSI from halo 2, the team I played in a clan battle was really well put together. But over the years I must say I have seen somewhat of a downfall. It just doesn't seem like you're in it for the fun anymore. The rules are pretty strict and in some ways that helps but I say go back to the good old days with not as many rules.

I am not trying to be incompetent here, but the KSI are absolutely garbage. They back away from thousands of clan battles and they never accept defeat even when they lose so severely. Unless, I'm mistaken the KSI are full of five year old squeakers who know nothing of honour nor loyalty to a clan.

 

They could not command or fight their way out of a paper bag. Unless I'm mistaking this KSI for another KSI that have been beaten senseless by Sangheili clans, then I apologize for this rude interruption.

There is currently 9 different 'KSI" out there and only one of them is the real one. Yes it is still around and will most likely never die b/c of the dream of what ksi was ment to be. But over time they let the clan be run by children and by "leaders" who have no idea what they are doing and have created such a bad name for this once good community.

If you were and you had some kind of bs did you talk to a leader for help to be moved someewhere that better meets your style?

i was in the hall of fame for many years and a SN Leader [sND] any time someone needed help with anything for all the years i was there it got fixed. When i was just a director i was over at my cap 9 different divisions and there was no drama or anything just lots of fun.

My point being is KSI was a good clan and if you think other wise you clearly didn't know what KSI was and ment for xbox community.

Sadly its no longer the clan it once was. But i needed to post something seeing how everyone has to bad mouth the clan!

KSI doesn't exist anymore. They were beat on a clan battle not too long ago. I even asked my best friend and he said that was true. Although he didn't want to admit it. So please tell me if I'm wrong but due to a clan battle that ya'll lost, KSI is officially disbanded. Or is this KSI United clan supposed to be what's left of KSI that might still be going to thrive?
