I would like to suggest a play list for MM that pits the Spartans against their foe. As stated by a member in a thread I posted a while back, Halo 3 allowed use to play as Elites along side the Spartan in MM, but we never played a game of human vs foe. The idea I proposed for Reach was to set the Elites against the Spartans. Seemed like the classic battle. Elites versus Humans Slayer.

 

The new play list would allow for heads up play between the Spartan and his enemy. Each enemy would have their own weapons only available at initial spawn and be either unable or able to use the enemy weapons in game. Just a thought I reflected on when I saw your OP.

I would quite like to see a 'Team Elimination' game mode, similar to 'Warzone' in the Gears of War series. There are no weapons on the map, but every loadout has strengths and weaknesses so that players have to work as a team in order to kill their opponents effectively.

 

For example, Loadout 1 has an Assault Rifle, a Magnum, Frag Grenades and Sprint, so it's good all-round but without any particular strengths. Loadout 2 has a Plasma Pistol and Hologram so it can lower Shields quickly and find out if enemies are camping but needs support from other players, Loadout 3 has a Forerunner weapon which is bad against Shields but good against Health and Evade, and Loadout 4 would have a Carbine but no grenades or Armor Ability.

 

There would be ammunition on the map but no weapon pickups, and there would be five rounds, each of three minutes. You get ten points for a kill and respawn at the start of the next round, and your team gets thirty bonus points if they wipe out the entire enemy team in a round, so there's an incentive not to camp. This would probably work best with five versus five players, and would take place on maps without vehicles.

My suggestion is that there's one team that have weapons and captured another team and the teams are different colors so people can be their spartan just the one way people can tell the difference between their teammates and enemies are there is no team kill and only team members can talk on the mic. The captured team stay captured for a minute and people can try to escape before then they all have 1 minute to escape then get hunted down and they can't have weapons but they can only get in vehicles while the other team has good guns and stuff but cant get in any vehicles.
