His No. 1 Pilot Flying J Chevrolet featured a special paint scheme for the recent NASCAR races at Martinsville and Phoenix. As you can see in the image below, the car features military-style green paint and camo accents. The car also features photos of real life veterans who found jobs through the Call of Duty Endowment. Pilot Company employees who are veterans, including founder Jim Haslam II, have their image on the car as well as part of the camo effect on the roof and deck lid. Annett's No. 1 Call of Duty Endowment carIn a news release, it was confirmed that Pilot has donated more than $500,000 to the Call of Duty Endowment to date, helping to fund the placement of more than 1,300 veterans in new jobs. The Pilot Company also announced a "round-up" campaign for its travel centers across the US where shoppers can elect to round up their purchase to the nearest dollar to help support the Call of Duty Endowment. And today, Veteran's Day, active-duty and retired veterans can get a free meal (up to $10) at Pilot travel centers across the country. Call of Duty: Vanguard, which is expected to be among the best-selling games of 2021, released on November 5 for console and PC. It'll face new competition in the FPS space starting this week when Battlefield 2042 releases in early access on November 12. A few weeks later, Microsoft will release its own heavy-hitter of an FPS game, Halo Infinite. Outside of Vanguard, Call of Duty: Warzone's new Warzone Pacific update is scheduled to go live in early December, adding a brand-new map, Caldera. This is all happening as Activision Blizzard faces lawsuits and other investigations related to sexual harassment and discrimination against women.
