will dual wielding return in halo 4?

Dual wielding was first introduced in halo 2 and was countinued in halo 3, but in halo reach the player couldn't dual wield, but elites in the campaign and fire fight, which wasn't fair to the gamers. So I think 343 should fix that in halo 4 and bring back dual wielding.

from what ive heard, it could possibly return in halo 4, there has been a huge public outcry for it, so, i don't see why not.

That's the first piece of news that has disappointed me so far for Halo 4.

With the exception of the plasma pistol, plasma rifle, and the mauler, literally every weapon that was dual weildable wasn't worth using by itself. Instead of having half the weapons be so weak to the point of being unusable when not dual weilding, I'd rather have all of them be useful in some way by themself.

 

Also, instead of flooding the short-mid range weapons available, they could instead give more variety throughout the weapon range specturm.

I think there will be Duel Wielding back but just for some weapons.. like Halo 3 you could duel weild with just the Pistol , Plasma Rifle , and Mauler (If theres another weapon I missed plz mention it for me sorry its been awhile I've played Halo 3 lol ).
