Hello! 

I am currently having a very hard time fixing my FPS issues. When I hit the open world after the initial mission, my FPS instantly tanked to 30-35. I have all drivers updated, settings set to 'medium', and I have the caps set as high as possible. 

I am at loss at what to do moving forward. Multiplayer does not have this issue, I am at a constant 120+ fps when playing.
