Carts
Mentionned this in the betray thread, but I'd like to see an on topic discussion to see what everyone thinks. I think it would be cool and fun to know how much damage was given/taken to teammates and ennemies. It would be fun to see if you are not finishing enough, being too reckless on teammates and just see how many near death instances I go through in a game. the only way I could see them showing a stat like this would be if they rate damage from a scale of 0-100 of base player sheilds/health. Meaning if in the end game you did 2025 damage to the other team and only have 14 kills (1400 dmg) would mean you slowed the other team down enough to kill 6 (600 dmg) of them and shot another player with a 4-shot kill weapon (like a BR [25 dmg]). What do you think?
fzdw11
It's an interesting idea, but something I think that would be difficult to keep track of. If you're team shooting an enemy, then every single bullet needs to be tracked in order to know who it came from.
Nohbdy
Well, you could just record the data as the engine processes it to determine who dies and who doesn't, It's not a straightforwardly easy prospect but it is entirely feasible! But is it worth it? That's gonna put strain on the engine, keeping track of exact damage output from every person throughout the game. Lancer
I like it, but it's just a little too much. Too excessive. Ya know? It's interesting to know, but not at all that vital.
DaveAtStateFarm
Maybe at the end of the game it shows a bar. Higher the bar is more damge you did?
