343iBot Posted February 9, 2022 Report Share Posted February 9, 2022 We got a new look at Kirby and the Forgotten Land at the most recent Nintendo Direct presentation, giving a look at some of Kirby's new powers. The new gameplay trailer revealed all of the new forms Kirby could take on by absorbing random objects around the environment, like traffic cones and cars, giving Kirby different powers from his normal enemy copy abilities. The normal copy abilities can be upgraded at a Waddle Dee shop once the village expands enough in the game. As the copy abilities get upgraded, they become even more powerful and evolve in appearance as well. Kirby is ready to rescue the kidnapped Waddle Dees in a new adventure!With the new Mouthful Mode, Kirby can inhale real-world objects & use moves different from copy abilities. A recent trailer gave us a better look at some of his powers, including the new Drill and Ranger powers. Forgotten Land also features co-op, with a second player controlling a Bandana Waddle Dee.
