halo 4 first look secret weapon?

I watched the first look vidoc and noticed that at 1:38 there is a weapon that master chief puts together . i searched for it on many sites and watced many videos but found no information about it so i wonder if anyone know anything about it.

It looks to me like the Pistol/grenade launcher weapon from the H4 trailer. Could be wrong though.

Absolutely the pistol/grenade launcher. What we're seeing on the screen in the First Look is shown at 1:10 of the Halo 4 Announcement Trailer.

In the vidoc the pistol is darker and there is some mettalic thing attached to it ( cant remember what its called).

 

Edit:I have watched it several times both the trailer and the vidoc I AM 100% sure its a different weapon. Il try and get a pic.

Edit2: 2 metal things one darker then the other.

It IS the pistol and grenade launcher. They are two different colors because one is fully rendered in the Announcement Trailer, and the one from the First Look isn't finished. It's the same scene, one finished, one not finished. Look at the Chief's stance, his motions. It is the same weapon.
