Minuette
Dino, if you read the text, it says a Rouge Salvage ship,, so they went against the covenant, and they salvage ships

Unease Peanut
Well as a matter of fact the allied elites in halo 3 were rebels. There might be a few elites out there who are still loyal to the covanant
Veer Zamamai
Well, all hail the Covenant. The Crusading Spirit Fleet and The Sovereign Guard Fleet will fly the banners of the Covenant once again. BEROOTOO!!!

Let me get this straight, you've been waiting for Halo 4 for all this time purely to see Elites as allies? Besides, it's nothing new, Halo Reach had no elite allies. Drizzy_Dan
There are Sangheili out there who still worship the Forerunners as gods but are not part of the Covenant but are part of the Servants of the Abiding Truth, they even have a ship at the moment but due to the cliffhanger ending of Glasslands it's unsure of whether this would be the fleet attacking John (seeing as they don't have a fleet of ships yet but could by that time) or if there is yet another faction in the Sangheili that go against the Servants and the Arbiter. gone
That's because it took place before Halo 3 theo I'm aware of that, I'm just saying that it's nothing new. Elites haven't always had rebels in the games, just look at Combat Evolved.
