[GameSpot] - PGA Tour 2K23 Adding Free DLC Themed Around Dude Perfect, 100 Thieves, And Barstool Sports

2K Sports has announced some of the post-launch content coming to PGA Tour 2K23, and this includes crossovers with popular personalities and brands such as Dude Perfect, Barstool Sports, and 100 Thieves. All of this content will be free across all platforms.

PGA Tour 2K23 is out now for people who bought one of the game's more expensive editions, while everyone else can jump in beginning October 14. At the end of October, apparel themed around Dude Perfect will come to the game, including branded hats, a polo, and a hoodie for players to customize their characters with.

Additionally, Dude Perfect will put out a video with PGA Tour player Collin Morikawa to decide which member of the sports and comedy group will come to PGA Tour 2K23 in 2023 as a playable character.

In addition to Dude Perfect, 2K Sports is partnering with the gaming and entertainment brand 100 Thieves to bring branded apparel to PGA Tour 2K23 this fall. What's more, 100 Thieves founder Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag will come to the game as a playable character.

Lastly, branded apparel from Barstool Sports will come to PGA Tour 2K23 in early 2023 alongside playable characters from the group's golf podcast, Fore Play. The Barstool Golf Society was one of PGA Tour 2K21's most popular online groups, so it makes sense to see 2K continue and extend its partnership with them.

More details about all of these announcements will be made in the coming months.

As mentioned, PGA Tour 2K23's Deluxe and Tiger Woods editions are out now, while the standard edition launches Friday, October 14. It's not the only new sports game arriving that day, as EA's NHL 23 is also out then.
