Reach Custom Challenge Help(:

Hello everyone thank you for taking your time to read them and helping. The problem i am having is i go to halo.xbox.com and log in and go under my tab and go into "Challenges" into that i do "custom challenges" i complete them under the time i set it to and i go back onto the website and i hit "hit in" and it says Completed in first place. now i also tried turning them in on halo waypoint on the console. I researched this online and found no help so i thought maybe I'd start a thread here and see what i can see now its been 6 days and i have NOT gotten any of the credits and i have and keep a spread sheet of my credits is there something im doing wrong ?? is 343 behind because they are busy with Halo4?? what am i suppose do to??
