Street Fighter 6 will arrive June 2, according to a new Amazon listing. Preorders aren't live yet, but there are various product pages for Street Fighter 6's PlayStation and Xbox editions up--including deluxe editions.

Street Fighter 6's deluxe edition, in addition to the base game, will come with a Year One character pass (four characters), different color options for those Year One characters' outfits (the exact wording is "colors 3-10 for each of those Year One characters’ Outfit One"), and a bonus 4,200 Drive Tickets. Drive Tickets are in-game currency players can use to exchange for cosmetics.

The Year One character pass details imply SF6's first year of paid DLCs will include four characters. And like other fighting games, players with the standard edition (the 18 character roster) will need to purchase character DLCs in order to obtain future additions.

Street Fighter 6's leaked release date on Amazon matches a recently leaked PSN release date. Both listed June 2, lending credence to the accuracy of the launch date.

According to info released so far, Street Fighter 6 is shaping up to be the most approachable entry in the franchise with its collection of gameplay systems that give newcomers a fighting chance against seasoned veterans.

Several playable characters--Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Juri, Jaime, Luke, Dhalsim, E. Honda, Blanka, and Kimberly--have been revealed so far, and gameplay allows for three distinct control setups to be used. Experienced players can stick to the Classic mode of launching fists and fireballs, the Modern control scheme streamlines special moves to single button inputs, and the Dynamic mode provides AI-assisted attacks that'll allow rookie brawlers to use the best attack available to them based on their location in a stage.

Street Fighter 6 also includes a World Tour hub to call home between matches, as players can create custom characters to represent them in this online lobby. If you're interested in an early look at the game, there's still time to apply for the second closed Street Fighter 6 beta on Capcom's site, although the company is being stricter this time around due to the number of people who sold their access codes for the first closed beta.

"Capcom has clearly paid attention to what the community likes and dislikes about Street Fighter 5, as well as other entries in the series, and Street Fighter 6 feels like the result of carefully considering all of that," Tamoor Hussain wrote in GameSpot's Street Fighter 6 preview.
