If you've never subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, there's a pretty nice promotion to take advantage of right now. You can get two months of Game Pass Ultimate for only $5 at GameSpot Deals via StackCommerce. We should emphasize that you're only eligible for the deal if you are a new subscriber.

Microsoft offers its own deal to new subscribers, letting you get your first month for one buck. Keep in mind that you cannot use both of these offers. The real draw here is that you're getting the second month for four bucks rather than paying the full $15 subscription cost for month two.

Codes must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase. Again, if you have subscribed to Game Pass at any point in the past, you cannot redeem the two-month subscription key. Unfortunately, that means you can't purchase multiple keys unless you're buying them for separate Microsoft accounts, as these Game Pass codes are not stackable.

With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you gain access to hundreds of games that are playable on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming--stream Game Pass titles on smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. Your subscription also includes an EA Play membership, which adds more than 100 EA games to the library as well as free trials and discounts for all new EA games. Lastly, you get the perks of Xbox Live Gold, including two free games each month and online multiplayer access.

Xbox Game Pass only seems to grow better with age, and this latest deal gives you an affordable way to check out the service for the next two months. Several recently released games were added to the Game Pass library on launch day, including Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Hi-Fi Rush, and Atomic Heart. Notable upcoming games that will be available during the two-month subscription window include Minecraft Legends and Redfall.

Disclosure: The GameSpot Deals storefront is run by one of GameSpot's affiliate partners, StackCommerce. If you have any issues with your order, please contact StackCommerce.
