Archangel Tyrael
Microsoft may have a controller in the works that can recognize the person holding it. A recently discovered patent shows an Xbox 360 controller that can recognize a player, "using a hand-pressure signature." If it can remember who you are, then it may have some memory built into it. Microsoft similar interactivity with the Kinect, but personally, I have never been able to get it to recognize me, so I am skeptical about this new idea. People often forget that the Wii remote has a little bit of storage capacity. The Wii remote won't recognize who you are just by touching it, but you can transport up to 10 Miis to another Wii console using the remote. General PWNFACE
Interesting and confusing concept, like azaxx said it wouldn't be to useful unless you have other people who use your controller and you don't want them to use it

Tie your touch in with a gamer tag and it will auto log you in? Useful for people with multiple accounts on one XBox.

I also initially thought of that too, but me being just overly simplistic, I believe that keeping the controller simple would be just fine, they don't need to refine the controller anymore, its pretty much perfect
fzdw11
Oh I agree fully, the control is pretty much perfect the way it is. No need to change it, in my opinion.
Fire
In my own opinion, I want xbox to act more like PC. Before I got a gaming computer, I always thought PC gamers were snobs and that the Xbox controls were the best. Now I believe that nothing can beat a mouse in shooters, while i do prefer thumbsticks to WASD, I think a hybrid would be revolutionary. PrometheanSigma
Kinectroller. Pretty much useless unless it's in the scenario Azaxx mentioned.
