Ninja Wolf Posted May 11, 2012 Report Share Posted May 11, 2012 so everyone thinks that joining in games over xbox live was Activision's idea? well ill let everyone know that no it's not their idea..its bungies.that idea was in Halo 2.& ever since activision came along they been stealing other game developers idea's and claiming it as there's...just look at the golden guns thats in cod...you think that that's Activisions idea? well thats when your wrong...Golden guns was first introduced in Goldeneye 007 for the n64 back in the 90's by a game company called RARWARE..they were the 1n's that made that idea up in a FPS...and now they cant even make another goldeneye because activision has the IP to goldeneye which i dont know how they got the rights to it...but only GOD knows why..now back to the subject about joining in progress games over xbox live was Bungies idea..and not activision's idea..here's the story behind joining in progress games for xbox live multiplayer---> http://www.343industries.org/forum/forum/54-halo/ I hope this helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Join-in-progress has been in most multiplayer games since the 90's. Acitvision didn't invent it, neither did Bungie. They take what they don't deserve and make money off of want isn't necessarily good. They play a lot of mind games on the gaming community too. Just disregard everything good you hear about them, because they are TRULY in it JUST for the money. If they cared about customer satisfaction, would they really release a Call of Duty game anually? Mainly i hate getting in a game that ends ten seconds layer and you almost always join in on the loosing team. I hope its just like a friend can join because COD is just bad.
