Apple's range of hardware usually commands a premium price for some of the best consumer technology around, but right now, you can save big on several pieces of excellent gear from the company. Currently, there are deals available for both generations of Apple Pencils and several iPads, starting with a base model iPad for just $250.

This version of the ninth-generation entry-level tablet sports a slick A13 Bionic chip that allows for apps to run smoothly, and they'll also look great on the 10.2-inch Retina Display. This model has 64GB of storage capacity and is generally a reliable tablet for general tasks, browsing the net, and consuming media. The listing shows $279, but an additional $29 will come off the price after adding it to your cart.

For a more powerful alternative, there's the fifth generation iPad Air for just $559. These iPads generally sit in the middle of iPad models, as they combine some high-level hardware with a slim design. With this version of the slick tablet, you're getting a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina Display, 64GB of storage, Touch ID, strong battery life, and a solid 12MP camera, all anchored by Apple's lightning-fast M1 chip that can handle some heavy-duty workloads.

At the top if the Apple tablet food chain there's the iPad Pro, and this 11-inch 2021 iPad Pro is definitely worth considering if you want a workhorse Apple tablet without breaking the bank. You're getting quite the bargain by opting for Amazon Renewed, Amazon's preowned device program. For the specs, you're getting a tablet that has a superb 11-inch Liquid Retina display, 128GB of storage, and Amazon lists this model as being in "excellent" condition with no visible signs of cosmetic damage. This model also comes with an M1 chip, and whether you're planning to do office work, video editing, or create art on it, this is one of the best workhorse tablets on the market that's only beat by newer models.

On the topic of art, you can grab an Apple Pencil to go with one of your tablets. The first generation Pencil is just $79, while the second generation model is on sale for $89. The differences between these two generally comes down to ergonomics, as both models feature excellent precision on apps like Procreate.

Though the Apple Pencil 2 does have a matte finish that makes it easier to grip for extended periods of time and its flat side makes it easier to charge by magnetically snapping it to the side of the more square iPads, the original Pencil is still on par with its successor when it comes to drawing.

Make sure to confirm whether the Apple Pencil is compatible with your iPad before buying. For instance, if you get the $250 iPad, you can only pair it with the original Apple Pencil. The second generation version is not supported.
