He claims that he has a cameo in the game that'll allow players to have him play themes.In an interview with Blender, composer Gustavo Santaolalla said, "In the new editions, you can make me play certain themes and well, I can't tell you anything else." Santaolalla's cameo already exists in The Last of Us Part II as Gustavo, and he is an outbreak survivor who lives in Jackson, Mississippi. However, Naughty Dog launched The Last of Us Part 1 last year for PlayStation 5 and PC, so it's possible that the studio could release a new version of The Last of Us Part II for those same platforms. The game was first launched in June 2020 for PlayStation 4.
