It's possible that the dialogue for, "The Last Laugh" DLC may have been recorded before Hamill announced his retirement, but I like to believe that he just couldn't stay away. Nuka Break is a Kickstarter funded web series, and even though it has already met its funding goal, Avellone and Cain have committed to getting involved if the show can double its budget. I think that contributes to the game's udder awesomeness. I hope he comes back again for the third game.
