343iBot
If you're looking to get your hands on the most compact Nintendo Switch model on the market or want to introduce younger members of the family to gaming, the Nintendo Switch Lite is a great pick. Right now, the Switch Lite is available for $195 and comes with a free copy of Sonic Forces on eBay. All five colors of the Switch Lite are included in this offer, but it's worth noting they are Japanese editions. Since the Switch is region-free, this distinction doesn't really matter.Switch Lite and Sonic ForcesSee on eBayFor those unfamiliar with the Switch Lite, it's a Nintendo Switch that only operates as a handheld. It has a smaller (and cuter) design with softer shapes that make it a great starting point for anyone looking to experience the many excellent first-party games developed by Nintendo. You can choose between gray, coral, yellow, turquoise, and blue color schemes. These consoles come with 32GB of built-in storage capacity, although you can easily add space with a cheap, high-capacity microSD card. The capacitive touchscreen is 5.5 inches compared to the 6.2-inch and 7-inch regular and Switch OLED displays, respectively. It's also worth noting that the controls are built into this model. Unlike the regular version of the Switch, there are no Joy-Cons to detach, but you can sync extra controllers up for cooperative and competitive multiplayer with the help of a display stand.Sonic Forces, the included game, isn't the best Sonic game to play on the Switch Lite--if you can forgive some graphical issues, Sonic Frontiers is superb--but at least it's something to play while you wait for a better game to download. Alternatively, there are some terrific deals on right now at Amazon on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Xenoblade Chronicles 3.Meanwhile, Best Buy has a handful of popular Nintendo Switch exclusives for $40: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe -- $40 ($60) Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Digital) -- $40 ($60) Super Mario Odyssey -- $40 ($60) Super Mario Odyssey (Digital) -- $40 ($60) Zelda: Skyward Sword HD -- $40 ($60) Zelda: Skyward Sword HD (Digital) -- $40 ($60) Bayonetta 3 -- $40 ($60) Bayonetta 3 (Digital) -- $40 ($60) Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes -- $40 ($60) Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes (Digital) -- $40 ($60)View the full article
