Absolute Dog
John has definitely become our forums news hound. Most of us go there to see what is new with videos and information. I can see that the page will become a massive list of items in the not too distant future. I feel this needs to be less like a "thread" and have just John's news without allowing any additional posts. Just give us something like a "Thank You" button that sends thanks for the info and acknowledges we have read it in the normal fashion by the loss of highlight on that thread. It would be nice to be able to click on the newest unseen post "date" and have it direct us to the individual update instead of scrolling through the entire thread. As new info gets posted by other members via an existing thread or new OP, the info should be moved to the Bulletin Beard, once verified as accurate, with an acknowledgement to the member who provided it. John has shown a strong desire to search out any new information for us and keep us informed. He should be considered for a special title of "News Editor". At the time of this post I was unaware of Emo Kitten 32's role in the news area, my apologies to him. Due to his position as a "Moderator" and his responsibilities he would be able to provide the leadership of this area. He should be considered for the position of "Senior News Editor" Edited July 23, 2011 by Absolute Dog

He should be considered for the position of "Senior News Editor" Dog I agree, it does need to be a thread where no one can comment on, as Johns work needs to stay untouched. The work he's done on it and continues to do on it is amazing, he's turned into the one stop shop for Halo News.
