That's according to an in-game notification that's apparently been offering the new ETA since last night. The real cash Auction House feature was initially expected to launch on May 22, and then May 29 before being delayed once again to an unspecified date outside of May. "In light of the post-launch obstacles we've encountered, we have made the decision to move the launch of the real-money auction house beyond the previously estimated May time frame," Blizzard said at the time of the most recent delay. Users also reported post-update server issues, with the dreaded Error 33 - among others - making a most unwelcome return. But according to the latest updates these issues appear to be resolving, and happiness is slowly returning to Diablo-land. The hearing was due to kick off at 9am this morning, Wednesday May 30, having already been pushed back from yesterday, but was delayed to allow for apparent settlement talks between the attorneys of Activision, CoD co-creator duo Jason West and Vincent Zampella, and some 40 former members of the Infinity Ward development team. According to the LA Times (thanks Shack), the separate sides held discussions for half an hour before Activision reps huddled behind closed doors for "nearly an hour" in private talks. Activision attorney Beth Wilkinson explained that the team were taking so long because "we're still talking to our bosses," before the Judge announced the case would remain in recess until 1:30pm Thursday, while the likely settlement discussions continue. Activision's legal dispute with West and Zampella stretches back to March 2010 when the pairsued the company for unfair dismissal, claiming their contracts were terminated weeks before substantial Modern Warfare 2 royalty payments were due to be made. Activision counter-sued West and Zampella, arguing that they had been secretly negotiating a deal with EA, and added the Battlefield publisher to its complaint in late 2010. A California Superior Court subsequently ruled that EA must defend itself in a $400 million contract-interference suit, but the publishers settled out of court earlier this week.
