FatalityStriker
Well, by the looks of it, it appears that Halo 4 may only have two armors to choose from. Of course the game is very fresh into beginning its showing of any details about it, but there is a chance that we will not be given any other armors. To be honest, I wouldn't mind that a bit. The armors shown so far look so sleek and smooth but still rustic and edgy enough that they look flawless on their own. I really like the way the colors work on the armors by having the secondary go in digital stripes across the body. If there were no other armor past these, I'd be fine, because these look great. I do hope that color customization is more like ME3 though, that would be a very nice touch.
Vinyl Scratch
Actually, they will have 4 or 5 different armor skins to pick from. Depending on which ones you purchase using the new Spartan Point system.
KRAETZNER
So no Reach style customization? That's one of the best features of Reach, I sincerely hope we get more than a few skins.

iTz Vplus2
Only 5 armors as in only 5 sets, like CQB, EOD and so on? Yeah.. i definitely don't see that happening. I'm 99% sure that there will be more customization than that, more like it was in Halo Reach

The armor sets will be the actual armor your Spartan has. And the skins are like different paint jobs/color schemes, meaning they will be stylized patterns overlaying the armor.
