Moderators do what they must do, otherwise they donr do their jobs properly. So therefore, if they saw what you did as incorrect, it was. Most likely what happened is that a Moderator warned you in the shoutbox to stop doing something and you continued to do it anyways. So he banned you for 12 hours.
